Stylists are often the first point of contact for clients who are struggling — hearing about relationship difficulties, grief, anxiety, or low mood during appointments. Our training explores how to recognise subtle signs that a client may benefit from professional support, how to respond with care and appropriate boundaries, and when to signpost to mental health services. Topics including body dysmorphia awareness, dementia recognition, and the difference between supporting a client and providing therapy are all covered within our Silver and Gold course content.
